My name is Mathew Rudman, owner of MGR touching lives…saving lives. I have been blessed throughout my 40 years plus, Managerial Skills in various manufacturing sectors. Many times, over the years I have asked myself “when will all these successes end”?  The answers to this question is “Develop leaders and the outcome is endless.”

My philosophy is to train up willing people, to become knowledgeable in their chosen career paths as well as leaders of future generations. I have trained people of many diverse backgrounds in many diverse situations. Whether it be in a classroom, under a tree or in a shed. I am very pleased to say that I have witnessed many of these trainees go from strength to strength within their respective Companies.

My core values are based on integrity and if there is a willing person I am here to train them.

Over the past 4 years” MGR. Touching Lives, Saving Lives” has been solely involved in assisting business leaders in the above training. My vision is to assist Business Leaders in solving day to day safety or production issues so that they (Business Leaders) can focus on their core functions.

I have realised over the years that it is crucial for all areas of business to have teams driven by Employees that are confident and “trained up” in their roles. Our training programmes are therefore developed to guide and influence employees into becoming “World Class Manufacturing Champions” something that all companies across the world endeavour to produce.

My Goal, just by touching lives, is to change lives one by one, leaving a fruitful impact on each trainee, whereby they in turn will be able to impart their knowledge to their sub ordinates and colleagues, enabling each business to grow and become “World Class”

To be the cleaning contractor of choice in our chosen operating areas for clients, our supply chain and employees and to recognize the collective effort of all our people and our suppliers in determining the company’s success.

        A cleaning job is only as good as the staff that do the work. All Izinga Trading and Services staff are carefully selected, go through a thorough         training process. Ongoing cleaning training are to be conducted and recorded, as Izinga Trading and Services aim to have one of the highest         staff retention rates in the industry.

        Cleaning is often the critical last step in development projects. With a large team of cleaners and advanced scheduling software, Izinga         Trading and Services can be as flexible as your project requires.

Colour Coding & Micro Fibre

Cross contamination is a real danger in cleaning operations. The danger lies in bacteria and germs being transferred via cleaning cloths and other materials between washroom areas,kitchens and offices.

Unless proactive measures are taken this cross contamination leads to Health & Safety being compromised in all areas of the work place.

To prevent this cross contamination Izinga Trading and Services implements a strict colour coding of cleaning equipment and materials.

This includes cloths, mops and buckets which are colour coded as follows:

• Offices, Receptions, Common Areas - Yellow

• Kitchens - Blue

• Toilets and bathrooms - Red

• Warehouses–Green

Or as requested by client specifications.

Direct participation by the company executives ensures integrity in all dealings with our customers as well as suppliers and employees. This also opens channels for effective communication and commitment in all matters of concern, as well as hands on control of daily operations and implementation of policies and procedures.
